Key Holder Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Sites. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have an engaging and personalized shopping experience
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Open and close the store, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and stock availability
  • Promote our multi-channel shopping options to customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a personalized shopping experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Experience in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of sales processes and store operations

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Good IT skills, with experience of using retail systems and technology
  • Experience of working in a premium fashion brand, with a strong understanding of luxury retail
