About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Oldham CAMHS Service. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to young people and their families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for young people
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to provide a seamless service
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with young people, families, and carers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered mental health professional with a relevant qualification and experience
  • Significant post-qualification experience in community mental health services
  • Excellent assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
