Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented School SEND Administrator to provide dedicated administrative support to our exceptional all-through school in Barking & Dagenham. As a key member of the SEND team, you will play a vital role in coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and ensuring the effective use of time.

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychology graduate to gain further experience in a SEND environment while contributing to the essential support provided to students. The successful candidate will be expected to develop strong relationships with colleagues and teaching staff, as well as demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience of working with SIMS and delivering to deadlines is desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the SEND team.
  • Coordinating meetings and events for parents and students.
  • Overseeing the SENCo's diary to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Assisting with student reviews and assessments.
