SEND Teaching Support Specialist

We are a leading education recruitment agency connecting skilled professionals with schools.
We specialise in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), partnering with schools to ensure every child receives the care they deserve.
The RoleWe are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants who will support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals in partner schools to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and delivering tailored lessons for students with SEND.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) under the guidance of teachers.
- Support the social and emotional development of students.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
- Prepare and organise learning materials and resources.
- Monitor and record student progress, reporting to teachers.
As a successful candidate, you can expect an annual salary of $27,500.
