Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Bank Support Worker to join our team at CareTech UK. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behavior, and mental health issues.
Main Responsibilities:
Participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment.
Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others while respecting appropriate confidentiality.
Support service users with meal preparation, laundry duties, cleaning, and social events.
Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required.
Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care.
Requirements:
Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
Ability to keep calm under pressure.
Confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Passion to work with vulnerable adults.
Desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding.
