Job Title: Information Technology Project Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Project Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Group SharePoint and set up for new Group entities.
* Provide 2nd line support for IT-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
* Assist with network administration tasks, including configuration, maintenance, and monitoring.
* Collaborate with 1st line support to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
* Maintain and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
* Participate in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure projects.
* Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure security and reliability.
* Provide on-site support when required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in an IT support role or similar position.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, including troubleshooting and support.
* Experience with network protocols, firewall configurations, and VPN technologies.
* Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise-level applications.
* Excellent working knowledge of SharePoint.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
