Duty Manager Position

About the Role
As a Duty Manager at Lampton 360, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the wet side, ensuring the smooth operation of the leisure centre. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Supervising the lifeguard team and coordinating wet side timetables, events, and rotas.
- Managing health and safety on poolside and ensuring all operations meet company goals.
- Acting as the first point of contact for any queries while on duty and overseeing the opening and closing of the site.
- Coordinating regular maintenance and cleaning of the facility and responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly pool plant operations, tasks, and checks.
