Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Lampton Group. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our leisure centre, ensuring that all operations flow smoothly and that our customers receive a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the wet side operations, including health and safety, lifeguard management, and event coordination.
  • Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Deal with any incidents or accidents, and report on the management system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer queries or complaints.
  • Coordinate events and activities, such as galas and holiday camps.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience of wet side operations within the leisure sector, as well as supervisory experience. You will also have the ability to communicate clearly, influence and motivate staff, and work within a Health & Safety critical environment.

Qualifications Required

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • First Aid at Work Qualification
  • Pool Plant Operator Qualification
