Clinical Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team at Medacs Healthcare. As a Clinical Assessor, you will use your clinical knowledge and expertise to assess, discuss, and create detailed reports on how individuals' conditions impact daily living.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct face-to-face and telephone assessments to gather information about individuals' conditions and their impact on daily living.
- Use your clinical skills to create detailed reports on the assessments, highlighting the individual's strengths and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that their needs are met.
- Work autonomously with support from a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that individuals receive the best possible care.
- Current and unrestricted NMC registration.
- A minimum of 1-year post-registration UK experience in a relevant field (NHS or private healthcare providers).
- Strong report writing, communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Typing proficiency and IT system navigation skills.
