">Job Description: We are seeking an Intervention Support Officer to join Northwood Park Primary School, part of SHINE Academies. As an Intervention Support Officer, you will work closely with our teaching staff to provide targeted support to pupils who require additional help.
">Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
">Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £29,093 - £32,654 per annum, pro rata (actual salary £25,023 - £28,086 per annum), 37 hours per week, term time only. Additionally, we offer free onsite parking, a wellbeing package, lifestyle and shopping discounts through VIVUP, and access to the Teachers Pension Scheme or Local Government Pension Scheme.
