The salary for this position is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a Conflicts Clearance Expert to join our Conflicts Escalations team. As a Conflicts Clearance Expert, you will play a key role in assessing whether the Firm can take on new client work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of potential conflicts and confidentiality concerns.
  • Collaborating with Partners and other fee earners to address conflict issues.
  • Providing support and guidance to the Conflicts Committee/Conflicts Partner.
  • Identifying and evaluating broader commercial, risk, and reputational considerations during the conflict clearance process.
  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of policies and procedures for managing conflicts and ensuring compliance.

You will also have the opportunity to get involved in wider risk and compliance duties.
