About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Management Accountant to join our finance team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Contribute to variance analysis and ownership of the ledger, including costings and sales margin analysis.
  • Partner with stakeholders, such as the Head of Operations and Head of Engineering, to drive business growth.
  • Prepare VAT returns, P&L, and fixed asset reports.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
  • Qualified by experience or studying towards AAT Level 4.
  • Experience in preparing management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Knowledge of sales or product margin analysis is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Ability to commit to 5 days on site per week.
