Relief Care Assistant Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relief Support Worker to join our team in the Durham region. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them achieve personal development.
Key Requirements- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Positive communication skills
- Engagement skills
- Unconditional positive regard for the people we support
The ideal candidate will be confident in working within a positive behaviour support framework, accepting responsibility and developing as a skilled practitioner. They will also be able to build trusting relationships, support a range of activities, ensure physical well-being and address frustrations.
The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum.
