Lead Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement in Our Nursing Homes

We're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Lead to oversee and improve clinical governance and quality of care in our nursing homes across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing and supporting the performance of every home in your region to ensure it meets the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze clinical governance databases and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement practical strategies to address issues and improve care delivery
  • Work closely with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to plan and implement key actions
  • Lead clinical investigations and deliver training to enhance clinical skills

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration and RN (General) qualification
  • Experience in a care home environment and as a clinical mentor
  • Strong understanding of current regulatory requirements
  • Sharp analytical mind and ability to share knowledge and build relationships
