Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Neonatal Senior Governance Team as a Clinical Governance Specialist.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Midwifery and Obstetric and Neonatal Leads to develop and implement strategic governance initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key responsibilities include developing risk management initiatives, investigating clinical incidents, and managing risk-specific registers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance and risk management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
