Quantexa is seeking an exceptional Senior Campaign Manager to spearhead expansion efforts in the Financial Services sector. This opportunity lies at the intersection of data intelligence, marketing strategy, and growth hacking.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in managing campaigns within the Financial Services industry, particularly in risk and compliance. As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness, accelerate pipeline growth, and boost revenue objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence and Strategy: Establish best practices for programmatic efforts, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies across the Banking and Insurance sectors.
  • Campaign Execution: Direct brand awareness and demand generation efforts, collaborating with Corporate Marketing, Digital, Demand, Product Marketing, and Content teams.
  • Marketing Automation: Develop campaign frameworks and execute integrated marketing plans to drive demand at the platform and solution suite level.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Own defining the customer journey, ensuring touchpoints, content, CTAs are optimized throughout, automating effort where possible.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Maintain a calendar of all go-to-market activities, including events, PR, sales enablement, partner marketing, social, and digital campaigns.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Financial Services industry, particularly within risk and compliance.
  • Proven marketing expertise in a B2B tech company, focusing on managing campaigns for the Financial Services sector.
  • Experience in high-growth technology environments, with the ability to build and lead B2B marketing and digital strategies.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of ABM and field marketing concepts, along with best practices in strategy and execution.
  • Familiarity with Martech platforms and Salesforce.com (HubSpot experience is a plus).
