Senior Transportation Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Acquisition Manager to drive the growth of our transportation business in the UK.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing B2B acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, localizing and executing scalable marketing strategies to demand generation.
Key Responsibilities- Run acquisition campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: Design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaigns through to completion
- Channel management: Launching and managing campaigns across multiple channels, often in partnership with third-party agencies
- Reporting and planning: Analysing and understanding results to drive continuous improvement, planning ahead to meet and support business goals
The UK Acquisition manager is a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment. This role requires ability to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner and to easily shift from strategic thinking to executing, in order to deliver results.

Requirements- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
