Role Overview


We are seeking a skilled Examiner to assess candidates' responses for our GCSE English Language qualification. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the subject matter and be able to apply the mark scheme accurately.


Responsibilities


The Examiner will be responsible for marking scripts in accordance with the pre-defined mark scheme, ensuring overall standards are maintained. The role requires a high level of subject knowledge and the ability to work well under pressure.


Requirements


To be successful, the Examiner will need to have a degree or equivalent, a strong understanding of the subject matter, and the ability to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with experience in teaching English Language.
