About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Civil Engineering Team in Northern Ireland, working closely with NI Water.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Civil Engineering and excellent commercial acumen, with knowledge of NEC contracts.

The Opportunity
  • Support site teams on exciting development projects with NI Water.
  • Manage costs, recover value, and build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
About You
  • Ambitious Quantity Surveyor with a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (MRICS/MCICES a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Full driving licence and experience working with a main contractor.
