Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. as a Complex Care Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to our service user with complex care needs.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, moving and handling, and clinical care support.
  • Build positive relationships with the service user and their family, while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
  • Prioritise the service user's safety and overall wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • 3 months previous care experience.
  • Personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early, mid-day, and late afternoon shifts, as well as alternate weekends.
