Lead Surgical Nurse | Surgical Wards | Spire Cheshire Hospital | Permanent Full-Time Position

Spire Cheshire Hospital is seeking skilled and passionate Registered Nurses to enhance our Surgical Ward team. We currently have openings for both a permanent full-time role and a full-time fixed-term position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote best practices and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Support the assessment of patients' health and well-being across a diverse and evolving caseload.
  • Assist in delivering care tailored to meet individual health and wellness needs.
  • Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information effectively.
  • Foster personal and professional development for yourself and others.
  • Advocate for best practices in health, safety, and security.
  • Aid in the maintenance and advancement of services.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Must be NMC registered with no restrictions or conditions on your pin.
  • Demonstrates compassion and a commitment to excellent patient care.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Possesses strong communication skills.
  • Experienced in performing wound dressings.
  • Previous experience in a Surgical Ward is essential.
