Capital Projects Manager

We are seeking a skilled Capital Projects Manager to join our team at Premier Foods. As a key member of our infrastructure delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple capital-based projects to specification, time, and cost plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a pipeline of suitable projects, including feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Lead the compilation of capital authority request documentation and narrative.
  • Engage end-users in the development of engineering scope.
  • Manage all health and safety aspects of capital projects, including CDM requirements.
  • Report project progress, tracking milestones, activity, priorities, and financials.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in the food and FMCG industry.
  • Extensive capital project management experience with a customer focus.
  • Conversant with relevant legislation, including IEE 17th Edition and DSEAR.
  • Demonstrable record of successful delivery of engineering capital projects in FMCG, with emphasis on specification, planning, implementation, and validation.
