What We Offer

As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Il Gattopardo, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we also offer:

Requirements

  • Creativity and passion for innovation, demonstrated through the development of new dessert concepts and recipes
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the culinary team
