Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and background. In addition to this, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in pastry techniques and methods, with a passion for innovation and creativity. As a Lead Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality desserts and pastries that meet our culinary standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Head Pastry Chef to develop new dessert concepts and recipes
- Preparing and presenting pastries and desserts with precision and attention to detail
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assisting in inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation
- Training and mentoring junior pastry team members
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment
- Proficiency in pastry techniques and methods, with a strong foundation in Italian pastry traditions
- Creativity and passion for innovation, demonstrated through the development of new dessert concepts and recipes
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the culinary team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced restaurant environment
