Strategic HR Business Partner

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Venn Group. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic HR support to our clients, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement divisional workforce plans that align with business strategy.
- Lead senior leaders in developing and implementing divisional workforce strategies.
- Support the development and use of workforce engagement, productivity, and performance metrics.
- Ensure devolved divisional training budgets are effective and aligned to divisional objectives.
Change Management:
As an HR Business Partner, you will lead and deliver on TUPE programmes, coordinating all aspects of the programme and liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver key HR initiatives and change programmes in accordance with agreed requirements, best practices, and legislative drivers.
Business Strategy and Objectives:
You will work in partnership with senior leaders to deliver Trust and divisional business strategy and objectives by:
- Ensuring workforce issues are fully considered in business strategy.
- Supporting business planning, business critical posts, talent management, succession planning, and effective use of temporary workforce.
- Developing and implementing plans to improve performance and productivity to achieve high-quality patient services and operational and financial targets.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
