You are a culinary expert with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. At Lounge, we're looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team and help us deliver outstanding food to our customers. If you're a natural leader with a flair for innovative cuisine, we want to hear from you.

As a Head Chef at Lounge, you'll be responsible for overseeing the kitchen and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You'll work closely with our team to develop new menus, train and mentor junior staff, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

• A qualified chef with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  
• Experience of working with fresh ingredients and a strong focus on food quality and presentation.
  
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Knowledge of kitchen management systems and a keen eye for detail.
  
• A passion for innovation and a willingness to try new ideas.
