About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team at BDR Thermea Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic procurement initiatives, evaluating suppliers, and managing relationships with stakeholders.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to commodity sourcing strategies and ensure alignment with procurement policy and procedures. You will also work closely with the procurement manager to establish local service level agreements with end users and ensure adherence to purchasing policies and procedures.

Your expertise in negotiation and supply base management will enable you to secure cost-effective contracts and improve supplier performance. In addition, your analytical skills will allow you to collect, handle, analyse, and present data to inform business decisions.
