HRIS Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of a new HRIS system. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the project, from initiation to delivery, ensuring a seamless transition and maximum return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement project controls and governance at executive, project, and workstream levels.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure the project delivers on all objectives as scoped.
- Develop and execute change management and communications in a global, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams across global locations.
- Develop and execute project plans, including dependencies, both internal and external to the project.
- Previous experience in delivering and managing global HRIS system implementations, ideally within the legal sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, working with colleagues and vendors to define pragmatic solutions to problems.
- Demonstrable success in project delivery through a full life-cycle using industry-standard methodologies.
- Extensive experience in HR operations and functions, including compensation management, payroll, people planning, and performance management.
