### Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator

### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team at James Gray Associates. As a key member of our payroll services department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our clients.

### Key Responsibilities

* Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, including tasks such as handling new hires and terminations
* Manage the auto-enrolment process for pensions, handling both opt-ins and opt-outs across various pension schemes
* Communicate with clients to collect necessary data for payroll preparation
* Ensure all payrolls are processed within the specified turnaround times
* Address and resolve payroll queries from clients
* Maintain accurate records of starters, leavers, benefits, and allowances information on our payroll database
* Stay up-to-date with UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements

### Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Extensive knowledge of UK payroll and pension legislation
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure high-quality completion
* Proficiency in MS Office
