Senior Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team at James Gray Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple clients.

Responsibilities:
----------------

* Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, including tasks such as handling new hires and terminations.
* Manage the auto-enrolment process for pensions, handling both opt-ins and opt-outs across various pension schemes.
* Communicate with clients to collect necessary data for payroll preparation.
* Ensure all payrolls are processed within the specified turnaround times.
* Address and resolve payroll queries from clients.
* Maintain accurate records of starters, leavers, benefits, and allowances information on the Payroll database and update the relevant spreadsheet.
* Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations.
* Stay up-to-date with UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in payroll administration.
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
