Role Overview
Audi Ayr is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring seamless communication, and providing expert guidance throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking services, MOTs, and repair work for customers
- Advising customers on warranty coverage and recommending additional parts or accessories
- Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
- Managing customer records and updating systems with new bookings
- Communicating turnaround times and ensuring effective customer communication
Requirements
We are looking for a Service Advisor with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience with Kerridge/ADP and knowledge of dealer systems are advantageous. As a member of our team, you will be a great team player with the ability to work independently and use your initiative.
