About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Park's Motor Group in Ayr. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our branch and its customers through various administration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, paperwork, and customer details with accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise directly with customers to provide exceptional service and support
- Maintain and update databases to ensure seamless customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
