Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages and backgrounds, addressing both acute medical needs and long-term health management.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective care.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
