Award-winning products are produced locally for retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers, making this a unique chance to build long-lasting relationships and contribute to the company's proud heritage.
This role comes with a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a 5,000 car allowance and benefits package. You will have the flexibility to work from home and spend two to three days in our Dorset office.
The key responsibilities include:
- Full end-to-end account management
- Sales and profit maximization through effective negotiation and relationship-building
- Project management, including stakeholder engagement and communication
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative customer relationships
- Meeting relevant KPIs and driving business growth
- Contributing to a positive and solution-based team culture
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in account management or NPD/customer-facing roles
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive sales growth
- Effective project management skills, with experience in complex situations
