This role comes with a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus a 5,000 car allowance and benefits package. You will have the flexibility to work from home and spend two to three days in our Dorset office.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Full end-to-end account management
  • Sales and profit maximization through effective negotiation and relationship-building
  • Project management, including stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative customer relationships
  • Meeting relevant KPIs and driving business growth
  • Contributing to a positive and solution-based team culture

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in account management or NPD/customer-facing roles
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive sales growth
  • Effective project management skills, with experience in complex situations
