**Account Director - Brand Partnerships (Sales)**
£75,000 per annum + 3 months' salary bonus

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced professional to secure and manage high-value brand partnerships for a landmark cultural event launching in London in 2025. This is your chance to work with top global brands and play a key role in delivering one of the year's most anticipated festivals.
The ideal candidate will be a hustler, proactive, and driven salesperson hungry for success, able to hit the ground running and drive revenue from a standing start.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build relationships with leading brands in tech, entertainment, luxury, and more.
- Achieve revenue targets through tailored sponsorship deals that deliver measurable ROI for partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute seamless, high-impact brand activations.
- Stay on top of industry trends to craft bold, innovative ideas for brand involvement.
**Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-profile sponsorships or brand partnerships (live events, media, or entertainment preferred).
- Strong industry connections in tech, entertainment, or luxury sectors.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding revenue goals.
