About the Role:

As a Luxury Watch Sales Specialist with Harding, you will have the unique opportunity to live and work on a cruise ship, traveling to various destinations around the world. This exciting role requires a strong retail background and knowledge of luxury watches, including experience with Swiss brands and high-end timepieces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales experiences to guests on board, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maximize sales by promoting a range of luxury watches through onboard seminars, presentations, and in-store events.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all products and brand culture, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Exceed sales targets and deliver promotional events, such as seminars and presentations, to engage and educate guests.

Requirements:

  • Strong retail background and knowledge of luxury watches, including experience with Swiss brands and high-end timepieces.
  • Excellent face-to-face customer service and sales ability, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving goals and objectives.
