Global Head of Talent Management

Join our team as a key senior leader within the HR function, responsible for creating and executing comprehensive talent strategies that support the development, engagement, and retention of top talent across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple sub-functions, including Leadership and Management Development, Culture and Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Organisational Development, and contribution to Reward/Incentive philosophy and its impact on performance and career frameworks.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to ensure that talent management initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous development, and innovation across all regions.
  • Develop and implement the company's talent management and culture initiatives globally (UK, US & Asia Pac), working closely with the CPO to create a strategy which underpins the organisation's commercial objectives, and cultural programme.

Requirements:

  • Skilled at stakeholder management; ability to work closely with multiple internal stakeholders, able to build strong cooperative relationships.
  • Financial Services background due to the regulatory piece.
