Job Summary

The Dispensary Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their cannabis journey. As a Dispensary Associate, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every customer has a positive and informative experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
