About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Kitchen Team at Longleat. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Kitchen Production Manager to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Kitchen Production Manager in the delivery of designated Kitchen units
  • Lead the team in food production and health and safety legislation
  • Ensure units are operated and maintained to department standards
  • Communicate and lead the team to ensure critical information is passed on in a timely manner
  • Delegate tasks to the team and ensure daily and weekly procedures are carried out
  • Support team members in delivering their roles effectively

  • You will be a natural leader, thriving under pressure and focusing the team to deliver excellent quality food standards
  • You will be reliable and committed, with a responsible approach and excellent communication skills
  • You will have a strong understanding of Health and Safety requirements
