Homeless Support Services Manager

The Wallich's project operates in Swansea, working with homeless or potentially homeless men and women aged 18+. Our goal is to provide residential support that addresses complex needs, such as substance misuse or offending issues, and promotes independence and sustainability.
Role Purpose and ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Residential Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and delivering residential support services that empower Service Users to overcome housing and personal challenges
- Meeting the housing management needs of the project, ensuring a safe and effective service
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve project goals
