Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Create attractive food and counter displays that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Represent Chartwells - Universities and maintain a positive brand image
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
