Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages to our clients and customers
  • Create attractive food and counter displays to enhance the customer experience
  • Represent Chartwells - Universities and maintain a positive brand image
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
