Teaching Assistant for High-Needs Learners

We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to support small groups of learners in a classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and be passionate about supporting students with special educational needs.

About the Role:

  • Support small groups of learners in a classroom environment
  • Assist in developing and assessing learning plans to support learners' ability to work confidently, effectively, and independently in life and work
  • Contribute to planning and delivering a creative curriculum that meets the needs of individual students
  • Build effective relationships with learners, parents/carers, and staff

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching or supporting students with special needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, resilient, and motivated individual with a strong commitment to supporting students with special educational needs

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £21,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • 25 days' holiday entitlement increasing to 30 with length of service
