Team Lead for Children with Special Needs

We are currently seeking a skilled Team Lead to manage a care team providing 24-hour support to a young boy with complex care needs in Loughton. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the client receives exceptional care and support.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the care team, developing and implementing care plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with therapists and other professionals. To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years' experience working with children with disabilities, neurological conditions, or special educational needs. You will also require excellent leadership skills, clear communication, and IT literacy.
