Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Nurse Specialist Leader to join our team at Tame and Wild. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of patient care across the team.

Your primary goal will be to oversee the nursing team, ensuring that all patients receive outstanding care and treatment. You will work closely with other Lead Nurses and the Clinical Nursing Manager to manage your area of responsibility effectively and achieve practice-wide goals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the nursing team. Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and hygiene procedures is essential, as well as the ability to participate fully in the on-call rota.

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience.
