Job Title: Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

Location: Cumbria

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cumbria. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of MEP power projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Ensure compliance with NEC Contract requirements

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Strong knowledge of NEC Contract
* Mechanical and Electrical experience beneficial
