M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a leading MEP Contractor, in Cumbria. This exciting opportunity involves working on MEP power projects, utilizing your expertise in NEC Contract management and Mechanical and Electrical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate MEP projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
  • Negotiate and agree contracts with clients and suppliers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the MEP industry
  • Strong knowledge of NEC Contract principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
