We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Platform Engineer to join our team at Together. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our hybrid cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Infrastructure Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure, including Azure and AWS, and participate in the build, migration, maintenance, and monitoring of these systems.
- Change Management: Adhere to ITIL and Operational standards, and provide out-of-hours production support as required.
- Automation and Security: Ensure the use of colleague services follows automation best practices, and provide technical knowledge and expertise on initiative work.
- Mentorship: Mentor other members of the team in technical and non-technical skills, and participate in service desk support efforts.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate, onboard, maintain, administer, and coordinate vendor support for colleague service software and SaaS systems.
- Technical Skills: Experience supporting the lifecycle of applications, M365 suite, Azure Active Directory SSO/MFA configuration, InTune & AutoPilot, Windows 11, and printing solutions.
- Soft Skills: Strong understanding of security controls, experience supporting end users, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and complex problem-solving skills.
- Desirable Skills: Experience with DevOps procedures, Azure qualifications, and experience in STORM, data storage & file server migrations, SaaS application implementations, and RPA platform.
