About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of commercial flooring projects, ensuring accurate cost management, and working closely with the Project Management team to provide timely estimates and tenders.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. You will be responsible for handling applications and variations for ongoing projects, collaborating with the senior management team to ensure smooth project execution, and conducting risk assessments and method statements for live projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the financial aspects of commercial flooring projects, ensuring accurate cost management.
  2. Work closely with the Project Management team to provide timely estimates and tenders.
  3. Handle applications and variations for ongoing projects.
  4. Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure smooth project execution.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and method statements for live projects.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in Commercial Flooring Projects, ideally within New Build Flooring.
  2. Familiarity with Callidus Estimating Software or CAD.
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Email.
