Join Our Team as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager

Access Talent Group is partnering with a leading practice of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Building Consultants to expand their commercial team. Our client is a family-run business with a strong reputation in the industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on high-profile projects in the private and public sectors, utilizing their expertise in quantity surveying and project management to deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Preparing and managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Developing and implementing project management strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in quantity surveying and project management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4-8 years of experience in quantity surveying and project management
  • Chartered or working towards RICS status
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in CAD Measure and CATO measuring and cost estimating software
  • Thorough understanding and experience of using JCT DB and JCT IC forms of contract
